The Student Investment Group (SIG) at the University of North Texas is a leading student organization in the G. Brint Ryan College of Business. SIG actively manages a diversified investment portfolio valued at approximately $1.5 million, allocated across three funds. Our mission is to equip students with practical experience in financial analysis, investment strategy, and portfolio management, bridging the gap between academic theory and real-world application. Through hands-on portfolio management and educational programming, SIG cultivates the next generation of finance professionals with the skills and confidence to excel in the investment industry
